DELIVERY & RETURNS

Express Shipping is offered to ALL orders in Cyprus. We will ship your order via ACS Courier.

We offer 1-2 Days Delivery across Cyprus. Orders will be delivered on the next working day if placed before 12:00 midday. If the order is received after 12:00 midday then the delivery will be delivered one day later. All orders for public holidays will be sent within the next 2 working days.

If your order has not arrived on the scheduled day and you have received the shipping confirmation, your order is on the move.

In cases of delays or non-delivery please contact us at shop@niococktails.cy to assist you.

In the event of returns to NIO Cocktails, charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
